The candidate will provide contracting support for new and ongoing projects within an Air Force Program Management Office located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The candidate is required to interact with many procurement organizations within AFLCMC, AFMC, SAF/AQL, and potentially other US military services to independently perform Contracting Support activities.

The candidate is expected to independently perform the following:

• Possess and maintain a thorough working knowledge of FAR (including Sups), Conwrite, and contract closeout.
• Prepare accurate contract documents and supporting file documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide sound advice, recommendations, research, and analysis.
• Perform all ConWrite Administrator duties for stand-alone ConWrite database.
• Administer official contract correspondence and maintain official files.
• Perform contract closeout.
• Draft administrative contract modifications including contract closeout and funding/deobligation modifications, etc.


• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant DoD work experience
• No less than eighteen (18) months of experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment within the least five (5) years
• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree
• Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance, current within five years, based upon a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) or SSBI Periodic Review (SBPR)
• Must be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) access


This position requires 100% customer location work (Wright-Patterson AFB, OH). Work from home opportunities are by extreme exception and only for unique situations.
