Intermediate Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency, Ground Test Directorate (MDA DTG) as the Requirements Lead for the Resource Management Scheduling Tool (RMST). RMST is a software tool for optimized scheduling of ground test resources that identifies and assists in resolving resource conflicts.


  • Define goals and vision for the project
  • Manage product backlog
  • Weigh product priorities based on scope and time
  • Oversee developmental stages; Planning, Refinement, Review, and Sprint
  • Anticipate government customer needs
  • Primary communicator and link between government customer and development team
  • Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration
  • Conduct End-to-End testing at the close of each Sprint
  • Conduct 1-on-1 and group training sessions
  • Process end user feedback
  • Interface with test team member from external organizations
  • Provide reporting and readiness of ground test events and resources
  • Maintain ground test schedule in RMST



  • Minimum 4 years related experience
  • Familiar with Agile process
  • Familiar with GitLab, or similar
  • Past experience on a Product Owner team
  • Able to adapt quickly and resolve issue
  • Clearance: Required Secret
