Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an Electronic Warfare Officer / Program Manager for the USAFWC Angry Kitten Program at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities:

This role will provide Program Management and EWO expertise supporting Angry Kitten Electronic Warfare Pod integration with United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) test and training activities.

This individual will:
• Coordinate with personnel and agencies both internal and external to USAFWC to support Program Management activities in preparation for transition to Program of Record
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US and (potential) adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to provide the most realistic training environments possible
• Utilize EWO experience and knowledge to provide context to Engineers programming techniques supporting test and training objectives
• Support build and delivery of support materials for mission partner test and training planning, execution, debrief and after-action reports

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• Graduate of a formal US Air Force/US Navy EW flight training program, with at least ten (10) years of operational flight experience is required.
• Possess operational EW knowledge and experience—at both the tactical and operational levels
• Clear and concise thinking and communication of ideas
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office suite

Desired Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
• Graduate of USAF Weapons School is desired.
• Graduate of Electronic Warfare Officer School desired.
• Graduate of USAF/USN platform instructor course is desired.
• Operational Test experience is desired.
• Qualification as a USAF Aggressor is desired.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• Master of Science in Engineering desired.
• Electrical Engineering focus highly desired.

Travel Requirements:
Routine travel is expected. Candidates should anticipate one week per month. Non-traditional work hours may be required.

Clearance Requirements:
Active Top Secret clearance with in-scope SSBI and SCI/SAP eligibility required.

U.S. Citizenship is required
