Responsibilities:

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Joint Reprogramming Enterprise (JRE) Requirements Analyst to support the Combat Data Systems Program Management Office (PMO) in Crystal City.

As a JRE Requirements Analyst, supporting the F-35 Combat Data Systems Program Management Office, you will be trusted to assist in upgrading and improving the performance of F-35 Reprograming Laboratories that integrate threat intelligence information and mission planning to produce Mission Data File Sets (MDFS). MDFS are a critical part of the F-35 weapon system and enable the pilot’s offensive and defensive situational awareness and effective combat employment of F-35 on-board mission systems.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Analyze Reprogramming Laboratory systems and F-35 interfaces, requirements, and capabilities
  • Identify upgrade requirements for Reprograming Laboratory hardware and software
  • Develop acquisition plans and contract strategies for Reprogramming Laboratory capabilities improvement and sustainment
  • Collaborate with the F-35 prime contractor to execute Reprogramming Laboratory improvement and sustainment plans

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering or B.A. Degree in a technical discipline
  • Required 4 years of experience in an engineering or technical position
  • Desired 6 years
  • 2 or more years of experience working in Verification Test & Evaluation (Developmental and/or Operational) in a DoD ACAT-III or larger acquisition program
  • 4 or more years of experience with Microsoft Office products
  • SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SAR
