Responsibilities:

As a Survivability Program Management Analyst with MTSI you will provide systems analysis and technical support to SAF/AQL (Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition - Special Programs). This position will be located on Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, Washington DC. Your essential job functions will involve, but may not be limited to: Supporting the SAF/AQL Program Element Monitor in his/her daily responsibilities, to include providing an operational perspective to assigned programs, analysis of program financial execution, and analysis of technical capabilities. You will also be responsible for performing program assessments along with formulating acquisition and policy recommendations, especially related to the protection of advanced warfighting capability. You will also assist the PEM in communicating program status and issues to Congress, OSD, and Senior Service leaders.

Qualifications:

Required Skills, and Experience:

  • 7+ Years of military Service experience.
  • Headquarters, Air Staff or Pentagon Staff / Action Officer experience.
  • Understanding of the DoD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Special Access Programs (SAPs)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a Relevant Technical Discipline. 

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
