Pricing Analyst

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a Pricing Analyst in Alexandria, VA or Huntsville, AL.  This position will be mostly remote with some in office meetings and events.  Infrequent travel is expected to MTSI locations across the US.

Responsibilities:

• Build billing rates for government and commercial proposals.
• Update and manipulate pricing models based on RFP requirements, terms and directions
• Support cost volume development/narratives
• Work closely with Project Managers and the Proposal Team to adjust pricing as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in in Accounting or Finance at a Defense Contractor
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
• Perform business and management tasks in the area of Pricing with minimal supervision.
• Must be proficient with Excel
• Possess excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Show solid analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills.
• Be able to manage time independently and productively

Education:  Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field
