MTSI SkillBridge Fellowship

Empowering Service Members to Own Your Military Transition

Participation in SkillBridge is open to eligible Service members who:

  • Have 180 days or fewer remaining prior to discharge, following at least 180 continuous days of active service.
  • Obtain approval from their unit commander.
  • Agree that participation can be terminated if mission requirements dictate.

MTSI supports in-person, hybrid, and fully remote SkillBridge opportunities—so you can get access to the highest level of civilian workforce training, without uprooting your life or your family.

Service members applying for the DoD SkillBridge Program with MTSI must also receive written authorization from their unit commander (minimum O-4/Field Grade).
